Peel and cut into small pieces carrots. And grind them in a grinding jar.
Heat cooker, add 2 spoon ghee, cardamom and some cashews
Now add carrots and cook for 5 mins until carrots release its water.
Now add milk if required and sugar
Let the sugar dissolve in 2mins
Cover and cook carrots upto 2 whistles on low flame
Open the lid, cook on high flame until excess water evaporate
Add mawa at the end and it is ready.
